Conference Speaker Profile
Elizabeth Childs Drury studies the cross-cultural dynamics that help or hinder effective multi-ethnic ministry. Before serving deeply for seventeen years in three multi-ethnic, multi-congregational churches, she lived overseas and has trained hundreds of missionaries. She is completing a Ph.D. in intercultural education at Biola University, has published research on multi-ethnic church leadership, speaks, writes, and teaches a seminary course about the cultural contexts of ministry. She lives near Washington, D.C. with her husband and four sons.
